A veteran in his field, Sharrock is an experienced product development professional with 30 years of industry expertise crafting high-quality retail solutions, possessing, design, print, engineering, manufacturing management, and sourcing. Before joining the Colony team as Senior Vice President of Project Management and Product Development, Sharrock was the Vice President of Production Development at OnQ, where he executed global retail programs to enhance performance and provide cohesive brand experiences. In his new role, he will lead efforts to integrate Colony’s cross-functional teams to streamline processes and create better collaboration.
Bringing 40 years of wood industry experience – 35 of which were in leadership positions – to his new role, Voegtlin previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for TJ Hale Company LLC, where he led the execution of an improvement plan for manufacturing processes, was responsible for all operational processes and departments, and supervised production and engineering capacity planning, both long and short term. As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Voegtlin owns the day-to-day management of Colony’s manufacturing arm.
Voegtlin and Sharrock’s hires will advance Colony Display to reach future growth and increase partnerships by diversifying the company’s client base. Their decades of industry knowledge will also allow them to institute company-wide processes to better serve future and existing customers.
