US President Joe Biden’s proposed summit meeting in Amman on Wednesday with the leaders of Egypt, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority has been canceled, Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi said in televised comments.
He said the decision was taken by mutual consent after reports that more than 500 people were killed in a blast at a hospital in Gaza.
